Key Responsibilities Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met. Implement and optimize production processes for efficiency and cost reduction. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams while managing budgets and achieving production targets. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field. In-depth understanding of manufacturing safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
