By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable, ensuring timely payment for raw materials, supplies, and operational expenses. Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing for manufactured goods and collection activities. Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations. Process payroll for all employees, including factory and administrative staff. Maintain accurate records for inventory (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) and assist with inventory valuations. Prepare and submit required sales tax, payroll tax, and other regulatory filings. Assist with month-end closing, preparing financial reports such as trial balances and income statements. Recommended Qualifications Experience in a bookkeeping role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite). Solid understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory valuation, and COGS. Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Strong grasp of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
