Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machinery, including mills, lathes, and grinders. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code programs. Adjust machine settings and offsets to maintain tight tolerances and optimize production. Load and unload raw materials and finished products from machines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code. Demonstrated experience operating, setting up, and troubleshooting CNC mills and/or lathes. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and various materials. Ability to perform precise quality inspections using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Experience with G-code and M-code programming and editing. Adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.
