Client Management Specialist

Main Duties & Responsibilities Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers and act as the main coordination point. Manage daily customer operations, including order coordination and service delivery. Handle customer enquiries related to orders, quotations, delivery schedules, shipping, and inventory availability. Monitor and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution and service continuity. Coordinate closely with internal teams to meet customers’ operational requirements and manage expectations. Prepare and provide weekly and monthly operational and business reports to management and customers. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business or related field. At least 3 year’s experience in order management or customer service. Good coordination, communication, and time management skills. Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and a strong team player.
