Strong understanding of tooling selection, fixturing, and machining parameters. Basic G-code/M-code programming and editing skills. Bonus Qualifications Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks CAM). Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency with advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMM, optical comparators). Ability to perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
