Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist – Danish Speaker – Lisbon, Portugal Introduction We are partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit a Danish-speaking Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist. Based in the beautiful city of Lisbon, you will work in a hybrid model, helping high-value advertising customers optimize their digital presence and campaign performance. Responsibilities Implement data-driven optimization solutions and build high-impact campaigns for advertising customers. Create and manage keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget suggestions. Gather and analyze performance data at both the account and campaign levels. Produce detailed reports to support and refine optimization strategies. Apply optimization techniques across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and Video channels. Identify broader account opportunities to assist in seizing sales potential and driving growth. Maintain a deep understanding of departmental processes and advertising policies. Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and adaptation through innovation and intuition. Requirements Native or near-native proficiency in Danish (oral and written) and fluent English (B2 level or higher). Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing roles. Experience in a B2B environment with active use of digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads). Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel. A strong interest in new digital marketing trends and a "tech-savvy" mindset. Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Ability to learn and apply large amounts of product and process information quickly. Collaborative team player with the ability to also work independently.
