Medical Sales Representative – Ibadan Location: Ibadan, Oyo State (UI/UCH corridor, Bodija, Ring Road, Challenge, New Bodija) Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site (Field Sales) Experience: 2–4 years in B2B medical/healthcare sales Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦200,000/month + uncapped commission + transport allowance Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Group Sales Director (Lagos) Start Date: Q2 2026 (Early expressions of interest welcome) About the Company We are a fast-growing medical equipment procurement company serving over 1,000 hospitals, diagnostic centres, and clinics nationwide. Our product portfolio includes diagnostic imaging systems, laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, and medical consumables. Following sustained growth in Lagos, the company is expanding across the South-West region, with Ibadan identified as a priority market for regional growth. The Opportunity Ibadan is one of Nigerias most established healthcare hubs, anchored by major teaching hospitals and supported by a large network of specialist centres, private hospitals, and diagnostic laboratories. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for opening and growing the Ibadan territory, building strong client relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth. This role offers significant earning potential and a clear pathway to team leadership as operations scale. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets within the Ibadan territory Conduct a minimum of five (5) facility visits daily across assigned zones Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, facility mapping, presentations, quotations, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up Maintain a qualified sales pipeline of at least 3x monthly revenue target Onboard a minimum of five (5) new client facilities per month Submit daily and weekly sales reports including visits, quotes, orders, and pipeline updates Identify and escalate opportunities for capital equipment, turnkey projects, and bulk procurement Capture and update facility data (GPS, contact details, equipment inventory) in the company CRM system Requirements Must-Have Minimum of 2 years B2B field sales experience in medical equipment, diagnostics, or healthcare products Must be based in Ibadan with strong knowledge of the local healthcare landscape Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with doctors, procurement officers, and hospital administrators Self-motivated and able to work independently while reporting remotely Smartphone with reliable internet access for daily digital reporting Nice-to-Have Existing relationships with hospitals, teaching hospital affiliates, or diagnostic laboratories in Ibadan Background in biomedical sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related discipline Experience using CRM tools and digital reporting platforms What We Offer Competitive base salary: ₦120,000 – ₦200,000/month (based on experience) Uncapped commission on all closed deals Monthly transport allowance for territory coverage Structured onboarding and product training Clear career progression to Area Sales Manager as the Ibadan team expands How to Apply Interested candidates should send their CV and a brief cover note (maximum 200 words) highlighting relevant experience to: https://www.mysigma.io/jobs/medical-sales-representative-ibadan/ Subject Line: MSR – Ibadan
