Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation. Ensure product quality standards are consistently met through rigorous quality control processes. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role. Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating teams and managing production schedules. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and a solid understanding of manufacturing safety, quality (e.g., ISO), and regulatory compliance. Bonus Qualifications Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce. Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, robotics).
