Local Litigation Lawyer

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated lawyer within their Litigation Department . General Responsibilities include: Attending court and tribunal sittings Assisting clients with the provision of legal assistance and advice in constitutional, real estate, civil & commercial litigation, and arbitration Research and drafting legal advice and judicial documents Supporting the legal team generally, under the direction of the Firm's partners Requirements of the ideal candidate: Be fully warranted and have at least 2 years post-qualification experience Be able to work under pressure and is results-oriented Be able to work in a team Have excellent communication skills especially in Maltese and English, both verbal and written #LI-GB1
