Key Responsibilities Manage daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization. Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards. Oversee inventory management, logistics, and supply chain coordination. Develop and manage the operational budget, controlling expenditures and driving profitability. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for production planning, scheduling, and inventory control. Strong leadership and team development skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage diverse teams. Thorough understanding of manufacturing safety protocols, quality management systems (e.g., ISO), and regulatory compliance. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
