Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Expertise in safety regulations, quality systems (e.g., ISO), and environmental compliance. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
