Plant Manager | Otsego, MI Salary Range: $141,000 - $192,000 depending on experience Are you a skilled professional with a passion for leading manufacturing operations and driving plant performance? Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, efficiency, and cost control. Manage the plant budget, resources, and capital expenditures effectively. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental compliance, and quality control systems. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of production and support staff. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles across the facility. Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and R&D to align production with overall business objectives. Recommended Qualifications Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations. Proven track record of managing plant P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs. Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Expertise in safety regulations, quality systems (e.g., ISO), and environmental compliance. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
