Demonstrated ability to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
