Recommended Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in manufacturing operations management. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, including staff development and performance management. Expertise in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability in budget management, cost control, and P&L responsibility. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) implementation or optimization. Familiarity with automation technologies, robotics, or Industry 4.0 principles. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
