Field Service Engineer

Salary upto : RM7500 (based on Experience) Location : Petaling Jaya Industry : Poultry JOB SUMMARY : Installation and commissioning of all types of equipment On-site emergency service, troubleshooting and repair equipment. Scheduling and execution of planned maintenance equipment. Training of the customers operation staff in operating the equipment. Training of the customers technical staff in maintenance and repair. Ensuring documentation (reports and as-built) of executed installations and service work. Supervision of 3rd party installation crews as per agreement (depending on project scope). Occasionally prepare equipment for- and participate in trade shows and exhibitions representing company Assist with sales colleagues with technical details or practical arrangements as per agreement. Continues training and improve knowledge of the equipment within company RESPONSIBILITIES: To execute the above listed tasks to the highest possible extent, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. Comply with company strategies and company policies. Ensure that costs for travel, accommodation etc. are kept reasonable and according to company guidelines. Ensure continuous communication with, and feedback to management regarding all relevant commercial and technical issues in the region . QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent & above. At least 5 years of hands-on experience as service engineer. Competency in interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematic diagram. Good and persistent trouble-shooting skills. Customer oriented mindset & attitude. English language in verbal and writing. Ability to travel both domestically, in the region and globally. Flexibility in long working hours and working environment.
