Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and process improvements within manufacturing operations. Prepare detailed cost reports and profitability analysis for management decision-making. Support financial audits by providing necessary cost data and explanations. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. In-depth knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and bill of materials (BOMs). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
