Key Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and profitability trends. Develop and maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead. Manage inventory valuation, including WIP, raw materials, and finished goods. Prepare detailed cost reports, variance analyses, and management summaries. Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to production costs. Identify and recommend opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements. Ensure accurate costing data within the ERP system. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3-5 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of costing methodologies (e.g., standard, ABC) and variance analysis. Experience with inventory valuation, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
