Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA). Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs). Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical and control system failures on production lines. Commission, test, and validate new automated machinery and processes. Optimize existing control systems for performance, reliability, and safety. Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production teams. Create and maintain detailed control system documentation, schematics, and standards. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development. Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP). Proven experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated manufacturing systems. Ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics and control panel layouts. Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
