Key Responsibilities Manage all accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Oversee and manage cost accounting activities, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold analysis. Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes. Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for operational improvements and cost reduction. Coordinate and support external audits and tax compliance. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment. Deep expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing methodologies. Proven proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and advanced data analysis tools. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting, coupled with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for production operations. CPA or CMA certification highly preferred. Bonus Qualifications Experience with ERP system implementations or significant module optimizations (e.g., SAP CO, PP, MM). Certification or practical experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx). Background in supply chain finance, inventory optimization, or logistics cost analysis.
