Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and control system issues to minimize downtime. Integrate and program industrial robots, vision systems, and other advanced automation technologies. Develop and optimize machine control sequences, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. Design, implement, and maintain industrial communication networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet). Create and update electrical schematics, control narratives, and other technical documentation. Participate in the commissioning, startup, and validation of new machinery and production lines. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development. Solid understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and data acquisition. Proven experience in troubleshooting, commissioning, and optimizing automated manufacturing equipment. Ability to read, interpret, and design electrical schematics, adhering to relevant safety standards. Experience with robotics, vision systems, or complex motion control applications. Bonus Qualifications Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB). Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection or guidance. Proficiency in a high-level programming language (e.g., Python, C#, SQL) for data acquisition or custom tool development. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or advanced SCADA integration.
