Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all financial reporting, including month-end close and preparation of financial statements. Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation for manufacturing operations. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial analysis and insights to support operational decisions. Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations. Oversee cash management, working capital optimization, and treasury functions. Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team. Recommended Qualifications 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred. Expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in a production setting.
