Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. Recommended Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Lean methodologies and tools (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach. Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams. Bonus Qualifications Experience implementing Theory of Constraints (TOC). Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for process analysis and improvement. Certified in a formal Change Management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR). Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for performance reporting.
