Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. Identify, analyze, and prioritize process inefficiencies and waste across manufacturing operations. Develop, implement, and sustain continuous improvement strategies and action plans. Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques. Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the financial impact of improvement projects. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and operational excellence throughout the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and ensure long-term sustainability of improvements. Recommended Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Lean methodologies and tools (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach. Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams. Bonus Qualifications Experience implementing Theory of Constraints (TOC). Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for process analysis and improvement. Certified in a formal Change Management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR). Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for performance reporting.
