Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Manage and facilitate continuous improvement projects from conception through completion, ensuring measurable results. Recommended Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years of continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM) and Six Sigma methodologies. Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional project teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification. Experience integrating Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML) into CI initiatives. Proficiency in advanced statistical software such as Minitab or JMP. Demonstrated ability in financial modeling and developing robust business cases for CI projects.
