Process accounts payable for raw materials, production supplies, and operational expenses. Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing for manufactured products and tracking customer payments. Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations. Assist with inventory valuation and reconciliation of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Prepare basic financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets. Support payroll processing and related tax compliance. Recommended Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting software Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management Demonstrated ability in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations Solid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping Bonus Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with inventory costing methods (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, average cost). Understanding of fixed asset management and depreciation in a production environment. Exposure to cost accounting principles specific to manufacturing operations.
