Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code programs. Perform in-process and final quality inspections using precision measuring tools. Troubleshoot and resolve machine or tooling issues during production. Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment and tooling. Adjust machine parameters to achieve specified part dimensions and tolerances. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Strong understanding of G-code and M-code for program editing and basic troubleshooting. Ability to accurately use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Knowledge of various materials and their machining properties (e.g., steel, aluminum, plastics).
