Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and commission industrial robotic systems and peripheral equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on robots to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and software faults in robotic cells. Program and calibrate robot paths, teach points, and logic for manufacturing processes. Conduct safety checks and ensure all robotic operations comply with industry standards. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB). Strong understanding of PLC logic, electrical schematics, and mechanical systems. Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex robotic system malfunctions and perform corrective maintenance. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence). Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi). Familiarity with industrial network protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET). Basic understanding of CAD software for layout review or fixture design.
