Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial robotic systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells. Execute repairs, including part replacement and component adjustment, to restore robot functionality. Program, teach, and calibrate industrial robots for new tasks and process optimizations. Install and commission new robotic systems, ensuring proper integration with production lines. Conduct performance testing and quality checks on repaired or newly installed robotic equipment. Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance, repairs, and programming changes. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB). Strong understanding of PLC programming, industrial electrical systems, and automation components. Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics. Experience with robot programming, path teaching, and optimization using teach pendants. Associate's degree or vocational training in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens). Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence). Familiarity with CAD software for layout and fixture design. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
