Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial robotic systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software malfunctions in robotic cells. Execute repairs, replacements, and adjustments to restore robotic functionality and optimize performance. Assist with the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new robotic equipment. Conduct basic programming, teach point adjustments, and path modifications for robotic applications. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company standards during all work on robotic systems. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB). Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including PLC diagnostics. Proven experience with preventative and corrective maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals. Understanding of industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) for robot integration and cell control. Proficiency in CAD software for reviewing mechanical drawings or minor fixture modifications. Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for guidance or inspection applications. Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
