Key Responsibilities Install, calibrate, and set up new robotic systems and automation equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial robots to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robotic systems. Repair or replace defective components, wiring, and sensors within robotic cells. Program and teach new robot paths, waypoints, and tasks using various programming interfaces. Document all maintenance, repair, and calibration activities accurately. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field. Proven proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB). Strong understanding of PLC logic and ladder diagrams for automated manufacturing systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing automation or robotics technician role.
