The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Wyoming region seeking Robotics Technicians. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and commission industrial robotic systems and peripheral equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on robotic cells to ensure optimal operation. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in automation systems. Execute repairs, adjustments, and part replacements on robotic arms, controllers, and end-effectors. Program, teach, and optimize robot paths and logic for new and existing manufacturing processes. Calibrate robotic systems to maintain precision, accuracy, and repeatability in production. Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications accurately. Recommended Qualifications Expertise in programming, operating, and troubleshooting industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA). Strong ability to read electrical schematics, diagnose, and repair electrical and PLC control systems. Proficiency in performing mechanical adjustments, repairs, and preventive maintenance on robotic systems. Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field, or equivalent certifications. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and strong analytical problem-solving skills. Bonus Qualifications Experience with industrial vision systems for robotics. Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) for cell integration. Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET). Certification from a major robot manufacturer (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA). Experience with predictive maintenance techniques or data analysis for robotic systems.
