Key Responsibilities Source and attract qualified candidates for production, engineering, maintenance, and skilled trades roles. Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments specific to manufacturing roles and environments. Partner with manufacturing leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer for all manufacturing positions. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing roles. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with EEO guidelines and company safety policies. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or production roles. Solid understanding of the manufacturing sector, its typical roles (e.g., engineers, skilled trades, production staff), and talent acquisition challenges. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools/platforms. Demonstrated ability to conduct effective interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
