Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, maintenance, engineering, and quality. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding, for plant-based positions. Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand department needs, technical requirements, and production schedules. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract skilled trades and general labor talent in competitive markets. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Coordinate pre-employment processes specific to manufacturing, such as drug screens, background checks, and safety orientations. Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide recruitment metrics to support workforce planning. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience recruiting for various roles within the manufacturing sector (e.g., engineering, production, operations, skilled trades). Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific platforms). Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with an ability to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of building rapport with hiring managers and candidates.
