Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections according to specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM) to verify product conformance. Document inspection results, non-conformances, and maintain accurate quality records. Identify and segregate non-conforming materials, initiating appropriate corrective actions. Assist in the investigation of root causes for quality issues and support problem-solving efforts. Conduct first article inspections and provide feedback to production for process adjustments. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control plans and procedures. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM). Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings, including GD&T. Experience with quality control methodologies (e.g., SPC, MSA, root cause analysis). Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
