Key Responsibilities Supervise and train quality control personnel on inspection techniques and quality standards. Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems (e.g., ISO, IATF) and customer specifications. Oversee all inspection activities, including incoming materials, in-process production, and final product release. Lead investigations into quality non-conformances, implementing root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. Monitor key quality performance indicators, analyze data, and generate reports for management review. Participate in and support internal and external quality audits. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity within a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field In-depth knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP) Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D) Demonstrated strong leadership, team development, and communication skills Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or lead auditor certification for relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100). Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis and SPC. Experience with advanced problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa). Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional quality improvement projects.
