Key Responsibilities Supervise and train quality control technicians and inspectors. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team of quality personnel. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
