Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and mentor quality control technicians and inspectors. Manage daily quality inspections, testing, and audits of products and manufacturing processes. Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure strict adherence to internal quality standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications. Maintain and update all quality documentation, procedures, and records accurately. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Oversee the calibration and maintenance schedule for all quality control equipment. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. Minimum 3-5 years of quality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and root cause analysis methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor quality inspection teams. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and using various precision measurement tools. ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA) preferred. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification. Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for SPC and data analysis. Certified Internal Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor). Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement projects.
