Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Oversee all inspection activities for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and conduct root cause analysis. Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control procedures and documentation. Provide training and coaching to quality personnel and production teams on quality principles. Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field. 3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities. In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), SPC, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys). Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and Gage R&R. Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to manage and develop a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt) preferred.
