Oversee all quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and statistical process control. Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Manage supplier quality, conducting audits and monitoring performance. Ensure products consistently meet all quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality. Manage and develop the quality assurance team, providing training and performance feedback.
