Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality non-conformances. Ensure products meet specified quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Manage supplier quality programs, including audits and performance monitoring. Oversee all quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and statistical process control. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes across manufacturing operations. Conduct internal and external audits to verify QMS effectiveness and compliance. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field. 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, including leadership roles. Strong understanding and practical application of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry-specific quality management systems. Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Lean, Six Sigma). Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team development and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
