Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). Oversee all quality control and assurance activities, including inspections and testing. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Manage supplier quality performance and conduct supplier audits. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality throughout manufacturing. Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and present on key quality performance indicators (KPIs). Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical field. 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards. Proficiency with quality methodologies and tools, such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, development, and cross-functional collaboration.
