Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions. Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring quality requirements are met. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards. Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, Lean/Six Sigma). Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949). Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
