Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues. Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring quality requirements are met from design to launch. Manage and maintain quality documentation, including specifications, test plans, and records. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 2+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, PPAP). Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949). Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA). Proficiency with statistical software such as Minitab or JMP. Experience with a specific industry quality standard (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 13485, AS9100).
