Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct internal and external audits of products, processes, and suppliers. Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and process validation. Manage non-conforming materials and disposition processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 2-5+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D). Strong understanding and application of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems. Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous improvement. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification. Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP). Experience with advanced quality tools like Design of Experiments (DOE) or Measurement System Analysis (MSA). Familiarity with ERP Quality Management modules (e.g., SAP QM).
