Key Responsibilities Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery of raw materials and components. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of progressive purchasing or supply chain management experience within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field. Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and complex contract negotiation. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards. Bonus Qualifications Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proficiency with advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with international sourcing and global supply chain logistics.
