Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects from concept to completion. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for production initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality assurance. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of manufacturing solutions. Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality specifications. Communicate project status, progress, and potential issues to stakeholders and senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes and product development. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production lifecycles, and quality control principles. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean) and relevant software tools. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project to successful completion. PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.
