Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). PMP certification or proven expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems common in manufacturing. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with cross-functional technical teams.
