Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g., IoT, automation, predictive maintenance). Technical background in an engineering discipline relevant to manufacturing operations.
