The Opportunity We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Lansing that are seeking skilled Project Managers. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, from scope definition to successful delivery. Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with production goals. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with production processes, supply chain, and new product introductions. Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols within the manufacturing environment. Drive continuous improvement and process optimization efforts through effective project management. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Waterfall). Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing project budgets and schedules effectively. Adept at risk identification, mitigation, and problem-solving specific to manufacturing operations.
