Leaders for Welcome Camps - Europe

Role Overview Before our exchange students begin their programs, they attend a Welcome Camp in their host country to ensure a smooth transition and introduction to the new culture. As a Camp Leader, your primary responsibility is to ensure student safety, create a positive and engaging camp experience, and help align expectations as they embark on their exchange journey. You will oversee logistics and student coordination at the destination, ensuring that every participant gets off to a strong and confident start. Welcome camp locations and dates Stockholm 12-15 Aug Berlin 26-29 Aug Paris 26-29 Aug Barcelona 2-5 Sep Vienna 7-10 Sep Rome 9-12 Sep What you will do · Student Arrivals/Departures Represent Educatius and welcome students at the airport or accommodation on arrival and departure days. Coordinate transportation to and from the airport. Conduct a brief welcome meeting with students upon arrival. · Activities/Excursions Manage schedules, transportation, tickets, and logistics for planned activities and excursions. Ensure students attend and arrive on time to all events. Act as a resource and point of support throughout the program. · Student welfare Ensure students feel safe, supported, and engaged. Assist with challenges or concerns raised by students. Communicate and report relevant updates within Educatius. Serve as the onsite Educatius representative. · Communication and availability Be available for local staff, sales offices, and students, especially on arrival day and in situations that require urgent attention. · Other Handle administrative tasks related to camp operations. Act as the primary contact for accommodation providers, attractions, and restaurants. Support, coach, and guide students and ambassadors as needed. You will be the face of Educatius to our students, partners, and colleagues worldwide. What you will bring Experience in customer service, coordination roles, and/or group leadership or travel guiding. An outgoing personality and a passion for supporting young people. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Reliable, flexible, and calm under pressure. A collaborative team mindset and a dedication to excellent service. Experience working with students is advantageous. A valid passport is required. This is a fixed-term contract . Payment: a fixed gross salary per camp. The role is full-time during camps and includes travel Food, accommodation and travel expenses are covered. Priority will be given to applicants available for multiple camps.
