Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and execute timely repairs to minimize production downtime. Install, commission, and test new production machinery and equipment. Technical diploma or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Millwright, or a related mechanical field. Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex mechanical failures. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced welding or fabrication techniques. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing PLC-controlled systems or industrial robotics. Demonstrated experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and scheduling. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
