Key Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment. Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime. Install, commission, and troubleshoot new manufacturing equipment. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used. Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability. Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Bonus Qualifications PLC troubleshooting and programming experience. Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick). Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Advanced diagnosis and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
